Silicon Valley PATH and Northern California Affirmed Housing have made substantial changes to project 2350 Alum Rock Ave, especially on the prevention of displacement and equity.
This report was presented at the Feb 22 ARUVA meeting by City of San Jose planning staff. It covers the history of the Alum Rock Urban Village Plan and other details about the urban village framework.
